Behavior Problems We Solve
Any breed, any age. If your dog's behavior is making walks, visitors, or everyday life stressful, this is what we fix.
Reactivity & Aggression
Lunging, growling, or barking at people and dogs. We lower the reaction and give you back a calm walk.
Anxiety & Fear
The nervous, shut-down, or panicky dog. We build the confidence to settle and cope.
Leash Pulling
The dog that walks you. Loose-leash work that holds around real-world distractions.
Jumping & No Manners
Jumping on people, counter-surfing, ignoring commands, and other unruly behaviors.
Training Programs & Services
Your free consultation ends with the right program for your dog, not a one-size-fits-all package.
Private Lessons
One-on-one coaching tailored to your dog and your goals, with lessons held either in your home or at my training location. We'll work on real-life behaviors and provide support between sessions.
Board & Train
Your dog lives and trains with Chivon full time and comes home with the behavior already changed, plus the handover coaching that keeps it at home.

Wonderful trainer! Knows her stuff. Great communication and very knowledgeable!!! Definitely recommend!
I adopted my German Shepherd, Violet, through Helping Hounds well over a year ago, which is where I met Chivon Winter. Violet also became certified as an Advanced Canine Good Citizen and is currently training under Chivon to become a Therapy Dog. Chivon is professional, very knowledgeable in K9 training and clearly loves what she does. I highly recommend Chivon and her services.

What a wonderful, professional and wealth of knowledge Chivon is! We got in contact with her when our “golden daughter” was 9 weeks old and have used her periodically over the last 5 years. She is truly a dog whisperer and loves what she does. I would not hesitate to recommend her. Shes the best!
We had an amazing experience with Chivon at C3 K9 Solutions. Our dog Lady is reactive and would growl and bark at everyone coming into the house. Chivon provided detailed instructions and handouts to work on Lady's reactiveness and anxiety. Lady has made so much great progress, the growling has gone down and the barking has reduced. We are excited to see the playful puppy side of her!!!

I’ve had the chance to observe her working with dogs, and you can immediately see how comfortable and confident she is around them. She’s patient, attentive, and really takes the time to understand each dog. It’s clear she genuinely cares about what she does and the dogs she works with. Highly recommend!

Chivon trained my KC cavalier. She did a terrific job of training him. He went from a dog with no training to a great dog. I would recommend Chivon.

My wife and I own Bernese Mountain Dogs. They are big dogs and absolutely must be trained. Chivon has worked with our last four dogs and done an exceptional job training not only the dogs but also us. Reasonable priced. Highly recommend.

The owner and trainer at C3K9 Solutions, Chivon, is amazing! She has a wonderful, calm demeanor and truly loves every client and dog she works with. We have had several private training sessions for our rescue dog who has leash reactivity. The change in our dog is remarkable. I would highly recommend Chivon
Chivon is amazing. We came to her with a real challenge. Our dog went into full protective mode after witnessing another dog attack and bite me, and we were desperate. Chivon was patient and amazing and went back to basics to help “reset” our boy so we could get back to our dream of off-lead adventures in the Adirondacks. It took time and work but we could not have done it without Chivon’s guidance!

If I could give her ten stars I would definitely recommend her for your doggy needs, puts the k9 first over all other outcomes and directly teaches them with one on one training, never seen a more dedicated trainer in my life. She is fantastic 10000 stars and the best in all of CNY period!

Chivon is one the best people I know! She took my Cane Corso under her wing and made him the dog he is today. He is no longer jumping on the counter, begging for food, or taking me for walks. I HIGHLY recommend using her as your trainer. She is so personable, but she loves your dog just as much as you do.

Chivon made such a difference with my German Shepherd. Amazing results pretty quickly too. I knew my pup was going to be stronger than me pretty soon, so wanted her trained ASAP. Chivon had her behaving very well in no time. Would highly recommend.

CHIVON IS AMAZING! Solved all my issues quickly and explained how and why succinctly. Broke all the steps down for me to easily follow and understand! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SAVING MY SANITY!
